Charlie and the Big Friendly Twits

The Gonzo Theatre will bring their much acclaimed production of ‘Charlie and the Big Friendly Twits’ to the Five Lamps Festival, a theatrical extravaganza for all the family, written especially for children of all ages and those of us who are still young at heart.

Starring two well known Cavan actors Tommy Sharkey and Charlie Mc Guinness, the play has been adapted for stage by Philip Doherty and directed by Kevin O' Connor.

If you are not familiar with the work of Roald Dahl don’t worry, ‘Charlie and the Big Friendly Twits’ will bring to life some of the greatest children’s books ever written in less than an hour. As an audience member you will get to meet many of Roald Dahl’s famous characters along the journey.
